Please read this Refund Policy carefully to understand when you will be eligible for a refund, and
how you can initiate a refund on Fajiri. Fajiri Construction Ltd, Fajiri Family Relief Foundation provide
Construction and Real Estate services. Fajiri Identification Members (FIMs) and Fajiri Project
Members (FPMs) are expected to register before they can be assigned unique referral web link and
enjoy the Fajiri Membership Benefits and Rewards. Fajiri may be able to refund payment before
materials are purchased, workers are deployed to site for construction to start or before referral
commission has been paid out for referral promo disbursement funds through Fajiri User or member
wallet.
1. Can I get my money back?
1. Only users or members whose accounts have been verified are eligible for refunds.
2. When you deposit money to your Fajiri wallet, you may raise a request for a refund within three
3. Days from the date of depositing the money as long as the money has not been used for membership registration, support another member or paid for service. Any refund or return requests made after the 3rd day shall be rejected.
4. Once the money from your wallet is used to make payment for membership registration or payment for any Construction services, the same cannot be refunded.
5. For all refunds, Fajiri will be eligible to deduct a service fee, including but not limited to processing fees, payout fees or any currency fluctuation. Such fees shall be dependent on each case of refund.
6. In the event that your money has been used for a membership fee registration and referral commission has been disbursed. payment for construction and real estate services or any of Fajiri cash flow business services that the Member or user has knowledge of, it may not be possible to refund your money.
7. Fajiri is not responsible for refunds outside of our Refund Policy.
8. As a user or member you may request a refund of your entire cash balance in the Fajiri account if you are not satisfied with the estimate or quote before construction skilled and unskilled workers are deployed to your site. However, you are eligible for this refund only if the amount has not been used to pay referral fee, deployed the construction workers to the site and payment transfers haven’t been initiated and only within a period of three (3) days on and from the date of depositing the money in the wallet account. If the entire cash balance is refunded, your Fajiri profile account shall be deactivated.
9. A zero cash balance is deemed to mean that your account is to be deactivated.
10. Fajiri reserves the right to terminate user or member profile accounts and remove the project, blog they have added for any abuse of this Refund Policy. In the event that Fajiri has found that a Fajiril Member violates its Terms of Use or Community Guidelines, Fajiri may at any time take action Fajiri deems appropriate, in its sole discretion, including but not limited to, issuing refunds to members from the funds collected for the relevant construction project or membership registration.
11. Fajiri offers construction and real estate and other cash flow business services through its website, refunds shall not be granted after the services have commenced. Prior to the services commencing, a user or member can initiate a request for full refund.
12. If Fajiri offers any products through its website, no user or member shall be eligible for a refund once the product has been shipped by Fajiri. If you raise a request for a refund once the product has been shipped, and if Fajiri accepts such a request, then, the product shall be returned in the same condition without any harm to Fajiri. All shipping costs shall be borne by the user or member.

You can request for a refund directly from your Fajiri account. Contact us with details of how
payment was made. Explain why you are requesting a refund, if there are any issues with the
service or product. Send a message to admin through our contact us form via email with the
title/subject “User Refund.”
3. How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds from Fajiri are returned to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
Refunds take different amounts of time depending on how the initial payment was made. If your
refund is taking longer than expected, check your refund status by contacting us.
